This is the boarding ramp for the Flag Ship Holland - America "Rotterdam".  The port date is 22 July 1999 at Warnemuender, Germany a suburb of Rostock, Germany.  Rostock was the largest port for "East" Germany. It is now a nice destination for a quiet visit to old europe. Located north of Berlin.
