Outer pouches hold water bottles on left and right. Upper net holds Bug lotion and sunscreen as necessary. Left strap pouch holds headlamp Right belt pouch holds camera and battery charger. Left belt pouch is for phone in ziplock. Phone can also be stored in pack liner in very wet weather for protection.

System ready to roll- Food for 5 days with a few other optional items. Weight for hike was 18 pounds. Water varied by section of the trail from 2 quarts at a water stop to 4 in a dry area. Total with 4 quarts was approx. 26 pounds. The pack was comfortable.
